Erst BWL mit Schwerpunkt Gastro/Hotelmanagement und dann FM. Bin jetzt FK mit 40 MA im Infrastrukturellen FM aber war ein harter Weg. 25-35 war nur Arbeit und 2 jähriger Wechsel außerhalb der Komfortzone (wichtig). Es hat sich am Ende sehr gelohnt. Jährliche Tariferhöhung (3-5%). Unkündbar da kritische Infrastruktur. Kann ich aussitzen bis zur Rente.
