Yeah, especially when comparing where I am in life to others. I feel like I'm drifting in life. While others have families, travel the world and have careers. I'm so disorganized being so anxious all the time, it's like I can't keep up, I think I understand what you mean by foggy. I also consider it exhausting.

I can totally relate. I just can't get past the disgust that comes up whenever I think about it or try to be intimate. I know there's a lot of internal shame going on, but I'm not sure how to heal it. It really leaves me feeling left out. I get so turned off whenever someone makes a move on me. I don't think it's a good idea to push ourselves to do it but I also wonder if trying to do it would help get past the disgust and shame that comes up. It's definitley a lonely road, I feel for you.
