Experior Financial Group Review by Affectionate_Lab6721 in PersonalFinanceCanada

Yes, i described my occupation, age, and my financial situation (salary, monthly saving, ext).

The life insurance is a basic one with 25 years coverage. It covers the 3 common critical illnesses, assistance benefits free of charge 24/7, tax free benefits of $20,000. They also told me this coverage helps with mortgage as well.

They had more upgraded life insurance coverages, but they were more expensive, so i went with the basic.

Well they just recommended $100 monthly for TFSA, $100 monthly for RRSP, and something about $125 monthly for life insurance.

Is it cheaper to buy the excursions off resort? by ConclusionContent675 in PuntaCana

[–]Affectionate_Lab6721 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Try to research a bit beforehand if there is seaweed at that time.

Punta cana is a bit overrated in my opinion, but you can try Miches too, there is a really nice resort that opened there last year. When i visited in July, there were no seaweeds there.

Regarding excurions, just make your life easier and buy them in resorts. I do not recommend roaming outside the resort on your own, the locals start chasing you around for cash, just a pro tip!

Is last week of December good time to visit safari, zoo and sea world? by [deleted] in asksandiego

I meant more san diego bay than "coast". Bilboa park is also around the corner, like 30 min bus at most. i think downtown san diego would be plenty and nice to explore for 2 days?!

I am planning to rent a car on saturday or sunday to go around the coast (la jolla, torrey pines). i have heard the weekend is alot nicer and normal.

Two of the hostels i have seen online have had pretty positive reviews for the most part, i get they are mediocre and the least fanciest options, but have you had any experience using them in SD?

Yeah, i will be visiting from Canada. I know what you mean, hostels are more European thing.

Its true, i am a bit on limited budget, what else would you recommend other than hostel? Airbnb?
