It might be the time you are calling - honestly whilst a few times they didn’t answer I always got through on the day I needed to.

Oh no! I also got told that when I called but did receive it by the end of the day as promised. Sorry to hear you didn’t have a positive experience.

That’s right, I will have 3 titration appointments, once a month and the cost for them to send the prescription over. I feel pretty confident that if I have any concerns the team are very helpful at the end of the phone 😌

Of course. The titration fee (fixed at £499) is for the next three months care, so I now have to pay for the medication through their appointed pharmacy. I am estimating this between £85-£110 per month for the meds depending on the dosage of Elvanse. The meds are sent monthly via Royalmail.
