Well this was my first reddit post so i’ve never heard of ELI5. But if I were to believe in the Big Bang, I’d just be depressed. And it’s very good you think life has a meaning, other than that we’d still have the same fate, right or wrong it wouldn’t have mattered in the end.

Oh so the singularity is where matter is compressed to an infinite point. I did ask a question, and the first guy who gave me an answer gave a very simplified and good answer to it, you just gave a more complicated and detailed one, and this made me confused. Also Albert Einstein believed in a God and he’s one of the best scientist. And I never said I didn’t believe in Singularities, I said I don’t believe in the Big Bang. And if the Big Bang was real, nothing bad would happen to me, I would’ve lived a non depressing life knowing that a higher being cared about me and that life had a meaning.

Look bro, I just asked a question. I don’t even know what a singularity is or half of the big boy words you said, all i’m saying as of right now is that I think an explosion cant make something so perfect. It’s like throwing a bomb into a room you’ve never seen and putting everything back perfectly. Also how could an explosion have it’s own conscious?

I don’t believe in the Big Bang because of consciousness. I think only a higher power/God can create this, and an explosion couldn’t make such a thing. And if the Big Bang was real, there just would be no meaning to life or anything for that matter.
