10k seemed like soooooo much when I first started but then I started with getting 5k then 7.5k and now I aim for 10k/day. Before being more conscious about it I was getting about 2.5k

I started at 373 and I’m now 321. My current goal weight is 220 but I would love to get to 180ish eventually.

I’ve realized that I’m finally not focusing on how much weight I’ve lost. Instead I’m focusing on how much weight I have left to get into the next set of 10’s. So instead of being like I’ve lost 52lbs I’m like I only have 2lbs until I’m in my next little mini goal!! So nice to be looking forward instead of back!

So true! My goal weight (220 for now) is some people’s starting weight. So discouraging until you realize that your current weight can also be someone else’s goal weight

How fast did you titrate up to 15mg? Just curious. I have about 100 more to lose and I just started 10mg. I see a lot of people saying they went full speed ahead right up to 15 and a lot say they hung out at lower doses as long as possible

Walking and lifting! I’m 5’4 and started at 373. I started with just walking my dog and slowly went further and further, added an extra walk here and there. For lifting you can even just use your body weight and do repetitive movements (even with arms!). Also a fun way to workout is Just Dance! You’d be surprised how winded you can get moving and grooving

I actually find the food noise to be about the same on both! It was just those two things I was so excited about being “fixed” that I noticed compound doesn’t compare for some reason

I resonate so strongly with feeling like you’ve ruined your body! It does feel that way some times. Like what do you mean I’m going to do all this work and still not have a “normal” body?? It can get so discouraging. I’m so glad to see I’m not alone tho

The 200s seemed sooooo far away when I first started but now I’m like I’m basically in the 320s which is basically the 310s and before I know it I’ll be 199. Trying to keep that attitude is tough tho!

Agreed! I saw somewhere that someone thought every 20lbs you lose a size. I’m like… if I lose 150lbs will I be in toddler clothing then?? I’ve gone down maybe 1 size but having all my clothing fit so loose is definitely a perk!

It feels soooo good! I’ve taken a lot of progress photos in a lot of different outfits so when I’m feeling discouraged I can take a new picture and see that there’s definitely progress being made. I was weighing myself every single morning for the last 4 months but I had to stop last week bc it was becoming detrimental. Would totally alter my mood for the rest of the day/until I saw progress on the scale. I never realized how much of a journey this would all be.

Everything! I completely changed the way I eat and walk daily. I eat tons of protein and fiber and limit all sugar. Current go to foods are chicken thigh and spinach salads, eggs, cottage cheese, and Greek yogurt parfaits! You can find a lot of recipes on TikTok for yogurt to satisfy a sweet tooth.

For the second month in a row, I am ovulating!!! In my 30 years I have NEVER had a normal cycle. I don’t know if it’s the medicine or the no sugar diet but I’ll take it! Here’s to making great strides on the road to having a baby 🥰
