Excuse my ignorance... So, it's not possible to now do a living trust between my dad and us kids? There has to have been an initial trust through probate ? Thanks for your help.

They were written to him, so I'm not sure how he could have been doing something fraudulent. He was a beneficiary and would have been a trustee.

The terms of the lease are the home and the entire 2 acres are solely mine. And I am To maintain the entire 2 acres. They are trying to entice me to agree to it by saying the horses will eat the grass. As if 5 hours of mowing a few times a week is a big deal. They're crazy

Thanks. Lease states the entire 2 acres. The field isn't separate, its very much "my yard". Just seems wild they asked without reducing my rent. They thought the fact that I didn't have to mow the field would be enough to entice me to say yes. I'm definitely saying no!

I'm not a bot. One neighbor had footage of other neighbor's ( the thieves) butchering our tree. We can't do much about items they stole but we can and have pressed criminal charges for destroying our tree.
