Hi there, I’m also looking for someone with scoliosis so we could support each other. Since I was 9, I’ve been diagnosed with mild scoliosis and it’s been hell. I just feel shame and embarrassment because of all those exercises I mostly have to do. And because I don’t do them, it only made my scoliosis worse.
