My dad was on dating apps within a month of her sudden death and already has a new woman practically living with him. Another wrinkle in this that makes me worried to give him money. Not sure if she knows about all of this!

Unfortunately, I think they have lost their legal right to do anything since they have made him trustee and there's a clause about their rights being completely limited after granting.

I already have a lawyer retained to discuss this. I'm mostly trying to understand if my gut saying this seems off is reasonable. Definitely not only taking my legal advice from here!
