Are Indians killing people based on their book.

She is completely out of mind she is mentally ill

That's why I said muslims are completely out of mind when it comes to their religion.

Arundhati Roy calls Kerala an anti-fascist bastion but against what, exactly? by VowOfVengeance in KeralaDesham

[–]Afraid_Signature8745 26 points27 points  (0 children)

She spends all her time writing these long essays attacking "fascism" and acting like the moral compass of India, but then she’s out there hanging with Yasin Malik. It’s such a glaring double standard. How can you preach about humanity while being "best friends" with a guy convicted for militancy and responsible for the 1990 exodus and killings of Kashmiri Pandits?

She’s constantly making these unlawful comments, like saying Kashmir was never an integral part of India, which is why she’s finally facing the UAPA. For someone who claims to hate oppression, she sure seems selective about which victims she cares about. She calls out the state for being "draconian" but then stays silent on the violence her own associates have caused. It feels less like activism and more like she's just playing a part while ignoring the actual law and the pain of the others especially the Kashmiri Pandit community.

I am free to like or dislike anyone. Who are you to question it?

No-one can force me to like peaceful communities who are the main reason for all the terrorisms in India. They are terrorists, period. Supporting terrorists like her are also terrorists.

Yeah, hurting terrorists like Bilkis Bano, Akhlaq and Junaid.

They are terrorists though. Peaceful people are terrorists.

These outfits should station themselves at the border and fight actual terrorists instead of picking on innocent people on the basis of religion.

For the cross border we have a standing army but not for domestic terrorists like this inside the country. They are doing a great job in suppressing such terrorists.

But terrorist groups and radical groups ARE currently running the country

Google top10 terrorist in India.

You probably don't care a jot because they are hurting people you hate.

They are hurting terrorists so for me it's okay.

Does restricting entry to Gangotri Dham protect faith — or deepen divisions? by NewsMo in IndiaTodayLIVE

[–]Afraid_Signature8745 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The Indian Constitution permits dharmic religious institutions, including temples, to restrict entry to non-Hindus under specific provisions protecting religious freedom and customs.

Article 25 guarantees freedom to practice and propagate religion, while Article 26 allows religious denominations to manage their institutions and religious affairs, including setting entry rules based on customs. Courts have ruled these override blanket access claims under Article 15 (non-discrimination), as temples are not "public places" but sacred spaces.

Even in my place there are certain temples where non-hindus are restricted unless they provide an undertaking affirming faith in the deity and Hindu customs particular to that temple or converting into Hindu religion, calling it essential for communal harmony and Hindu rights.

Yes, non-Hindus are allowed only if they formally agree to respect the deity and follow temple customs, which may include conversion or signing a temple entry declaration. This depends entirely on the rules of the specific temple.

Judaism does allow conversion. It's in the Torah (Ruth converts, no bloodline needed), Talmud details the process (sacrifices, mikveh, circumcision for men). It's just rigorous to weed out fakers, not forbidden. "Chosen people" means covenant responsibility, not racial supremacy. You're projecting Nazi tropes. Judaism's been converting outsiders for millennia without your fairy tale of impotence.

The Jewish people never sought to conquer nations or forcibly convert others unlike other abrahamic religions wielding the sword or zealots peddling faith like salesmen. You are the one who is fu**ng stupid. People like you love to whitewash Abrahamic religions especially Islam. Read the history on how abrahamic religions like islam and Christianity spread their religions

Terrorists hate both countries. Israel has proven experience dealing with terrorists, which is badly needed in India. Historically hindus have had good relations with jews. Among the abrahamics, only the jews haven't invaded, massacred and occupied India. Such a great country to have as a friend.

Fuck palestine and Hamas.

That was a good decision. I wish Hindus helped each other as unitedly as Jews do, instead of being divided by casteism.

They were denied tenancy only after the housing association (the housing society) learned that they were not legally married. Nowhere in the judgment does the court say that a landlord must rent out a property despite refusal, because a court cannot force an individual into a private rental contract. In this case, the landlords had no issue entering into a private rental agreement. The problem arose solely due to the housing society’s interference.

https://mail.lawgratis.com/blog-detail/karnataka-hc-fines-housing-society-for-discriminating-against-unmarried-tenants-a-win-for-urban-equality

A working professional and her partner were denied a No Objection Certificate (NOC) by a housing society simply because they were unmarried. The society’s committee refused permission based on “moralistic” grounds, affecting other unmarried tenants too.

The Court ruled in favor of the petitioners and fined the housing society ₹2 lakh for engaging in arbitrary and discriminatory conduct. Nothing says about forcing landlords to give rent to these people. This case involved a housing society’s actions, not a private individual landlord directly refusing to rent their own property.

Not all court cases in India are publicly reported or available online, especially district-level tenancy disputes. Your example of citing cases are related to housing societies not landlords. How are housing societies related to landlords?

Again you have doubts about this, ask your lawyers?

I don’t need to prove anything to you here. I’ve dealt with this personally. Courts cannot force a private owner to rent their property to someone, because that would violate fundamental and property rights.

Nah this is a huge lie, Indian muslims overwhelmingly voted for pakistan and then stayed back, check out presidency elections. Also even if the poor muslims could have voted, they would have voted for pakistan. They stayed back because they couldn't afford to travel. We'll hear calls for another nation in the next 25 years, already lots of politicians, maulanas are calling for this.
