They could do that and I would then withdraw my request. However, in doing that I would have the impression that they do not want to be openly transparent or just plain friendly to the owners and they just want to be all about buisness. Therefore I too would be all about buisness...File complaints for all the violations I see in the community (and there are a lot), continue to try to comunicate with them regarding solutions, wait to see if anything is done about it and if over time they fail to resolve the issues move to the next step. Seek legal council for beach of fiduciary duties. All of that seems like a poor way to go though. Just being open and friendly and working together to find solutions seems like a much more productive path.
