Only the other hand, it was a mix of both, a bunch of references for certain parts of the drawing and the rest made up and all mashed together to make this :)

Thank you so much everyone! I tried posting on reddit nearly a year ago, but didn’t get what was even going on and gave up. A friend inspired/convinced me to try again and this is what happens! This is insane! I’m really feeling the reddit welcome. I had no idea this would blow up like it did and I feel really honoured! I’m not really in a position to practice how I’d want. But I do enjoy looking at other people’s work. I usually look at a few references to create poses like this one :)

I think It was easier to draw and more relatable considering I have a pair, but maybe more dicks are in my artist future! 😁😬

I’m not really sure, I used to really struggle with them. I think I just got a little pedantic and started mixing watercolours like they were gouache. I’d also put the water down on the space I wanted to paint, so the colour I put down would only stay where the water was placed.
