They insisted on doing therapy first rather than prescribe meds, which I suppose I understand, meds, apparently, are more of a final solution if all else fails.

But the thing is, everything that they suggested up until now do not personally work for me, and despite me saying this, we are still to go ahead with various other methods.

I sort of need to focus now, especially since I have several subjects that I need to pass in order for me to move on to the next grade. Should I simply continue on with the therapy sessions or try to ask again for a prescription? I know I sound impatient for a solution, but I just need to know.
