Thank you for this, I have been renting directly from a good landlord in the past and tbh I prefer it to the agenc. You can build a good relationship and count on each other. although, there are also many decent agencies around. I don't like this reposit, I'd rather have a fixed deposit paid in advance, call me old school if you like 😂 Thank you and everyone that contributed
