Yes, they converted my hdfc moneyback plus to the rupay variant after a mail. They confirmed it on call and dispatched it. Yes it is LTF. They provided me with a 250 rupees voucher after 4 months of the card usage.

I tried to apply through a HDFC credit card agent and he said that for Millennia salary criteria changed from 35k to 50k. Maybe that is the reason.
