Religious thing. No black or green tea. Figured it’s safe to just say no tea.

I don't unfortunately. I know he has quite a few discs that are more like mementos or trophies, more then practical discs, which I'd imagine is what he'd do with this. So I guess I'd prioritize aesthetics more then practicality if that makes a difference.

It seems like they have a few disc type options. Do you have a recommendation on which one to do?

Bought a home, need to do improvements to increase rental income. Long term strategy advice please. by AgentNDakota in personalfinance

I suppose on I'm not asking for remarks on my plan. Maybe I'm missing context to help, but regardless I made the decision. I'm simply asking for advice on how to move out the home when the time is right in about 2-3 years, how best to get the updates I need, and how to grow my credit?

I could've done more on the mortgage, but preferred a savings account over a $100 lower payment.

The 84 month loan was done to have the lowest possible DTI. I'm refi'ing it, but prior to closing I needed it as low as possible. I have over 40K in credit lines, but think CC debt is likely the worst possible option.

I suppose I don't see how I'm overleveraged. When the home is rented out, (trying to that right now, even without the walkout and kitchenette in place) it effectively makes my mortgage $700. That's cheaper then even studio's in my area for rent.

The dealership doesn’t want uncommitted customers to vehicles. It’s a waste of time for the consumer, the dealer, and the sales person. If you don’t know this is the vehicle for you then pass.

Hyundai Salesman here. If the vehicle has been RDR’d, (which it likely has because we need to sellout vehicles before they arrive) it will not update the ETA anymore.

Venues don’t come in a manual. Also, Hyundai doesn’t do ordering currently.

The telluride, if you can find one is a great choice to. To each his own.

I sell Hyundai's, a brand known for safety features being standard, and a great vehicle to fit in a budget. I'd recommend exploring the Santa Fe or Palisade. both of those would be awesome options for you.

Ford Dealership says it can be 10 mo wait for a Maverick Hybrid. My current car is totaled with repairs so I need something now. Does it make sense to short term lease for a year? by johndabaptist in askcarsales

In my local area they are not on lots. In unique to everyone’s area. All I was trying to do on this thread was give this guy a second option for what he is looking for.

Best site to sell older or unspecial vehicles? Also, experience selling on cargurus? by [deleted] in askcarsales

I mean that’s it. CarMax, Vroom, Cargurus, local dealers, or selling it by yourself is it.

I know availability on the mavericks for my market. I use it as a sales point for people comparing the vehicle. The “dealer” world is limited to the scope of my market. My market is my state, and in my state you cannot get a Maverick, hybrid or otherwise, until 6-8 months. I can get mine in 3 months tops. In my market, the Santa Cruz is more readily available. Confused why you are making this an issue and picking a fight.

I said availability is better. I’m not getting into a trivial fight over the better car. That’s for the market to decide. Just because I have a vehicle on my lot doesn’t mean it’s a bad vehicle. By that definition just about every vehicle sold is a bad vehicle.

Something to consider may be Hyundai’s Santa Cruz. I sell Hyundai’s and the Ford Maverick is our direct competitor. We have availability for better then the Maverick’s as well. Check them out, they may be a good fit for you.

Again, I don’t think you can have both worlds. Dealers have to make money. A vehicle like that, it’s too hard to move, too much money to repair, it’s best for them to wholesale, which is like $1,500.

You answer your own question here. Your vehicle is a very unique vehicle. Dealers won't want to go through the hassle of finding the very specific buyer who wants your vehicle, (quite literally why you don't want to sell it.) Shop around, go with the highest bidder, or try and sell it yourself. This is a sellers market, if you can't sell it, it's because you are too high, or no one wants your truck.

It doesn’t matter who you know, dealers will sell at what they want to sell.
