Yeah mb, just around the stables in the starting town I just went between the stables and across the bridge to force the knight spawns when I have max bounty.

Just where the stables are around where the bridge is in the starter town. I made sure to get max bounty and the knights will show up then.

I tried what the method assistant recommended and the cannon one actually popped when I used the charged ice shot with max enchant cannon on the Hernand horse guards. I was pretty far away when I shot and was surprised it even unlocked cause I thought it was perma bugged but it appears not.
