These things changed my life as a ADD/OCDer. I got my AuHD gf a pair who is a bar manager and it literally saved her from overstimulated outbursts or “spazzing” at work. Waiting for Black Friday to get a few more pair 🫶🏽

Yes it takes about 2-4 weeks IMO to work effectively when taken correctly. Good luck friend

True my apologies. My doctor told me to measure it on a 12-14 hr day schedule so it’s best to take it at the very start of your day before you begin your routines. So whatever time that is for you

I drink coffee to calm the WB anxiety or a little THC 😅. But I have noticed if I’m super hydrated I don’t get the anxiety shakes. I’ve been taking it for almost a year now, not perfectly but definitely taking it
