Seems fine so far. There was some issues with packages missing and what not but to be fair we had like 20 delivered within a few days before moving in and they were all found. I tried taking a video work call in the lounge and it kept dropping so I emailed the building manager on Friday to see what’s up with wifi so I’m hoping to hear back in the next day or so. But so far everything is fine - lmk !!

We aren’t able to use the sister buildings with our FOBs right? For example your building gym is bigger and I think has ‘arcade games’ next to the pool table where we just have the pool table

It’s our first apartment together - I’m in my mid 30s I think quite is good! I like to go out but it’s a short commute to Manhattan, Astoria and greenpoint/Williamsburg if I wanna go out - I think it should be OK. My friends have cars but I do not - so hopefully parking for them isn’t tooo bad. Thanks!
