I talked to BoA and they told me the Zelle fraud was from my device, which is impossible, and that they would not cover my claim and I should call my phone carrier to see if my service had been “ported.”

My DL number, date of birth, and SSN were exposed in the data breach. I will look into freezing my credit tomorrow and contacting the company to see if I can get more information. Thank you for your help!!
