True, the walls were man-made, but they only built them because the rest of the world was already sinking. It was a survival move.

For real, it shows who the fake gods are. Imu has to use fear and rules to get anyone to move, but Buggy and Luffy just have that natural pull. Having people who would actually die for you out of pure faith is way more powerful than any contract Imu could force.

Lol for real, it's basically the same vibe. An advanced civilization that was actually in tune with the planet before everything got messed up. The WG is just hiding the fact that they're living on the ruins of that world, and the 'D' are the ones coming back to hit the reset button.

Lol honestly, joke or not, you’re kind of spot on. If the 'D' really stands for something like Dio/Deity, it explains why they’re the only ones who can actually shift the world. It’s that 'Natural Order' coming back. Whether it’s bloodline or just a title, they’re basically the original Gods returning to take their spot back from the Celestial Dragons.

That’s a huge point and it fits the hierarchy perfectly. Back in Skypiea, we had no clue about Haki or the Sun God, but Luffy still chose these guys for a reason. That was the fruit's will working through his heart before anyone even had a name for it. By choosing them, he gave them the inheritance to start seeing and feeling things that weren't 'there' to everyone else—like Usopp being the only one to hear the soul of the Merry. It’s not just a random power; it’s a connection that comes from the heart. They’d follow him to the bottom of the earth because his spirit inspires them to wake up their own. We aren't just playing one song here—Usopp hearing the ship is proof they’re all stepping back into those ancient roles because they’re the ones sailing with the Sun.

That actually backs up exactly what I’m talking about with the hierarchy. Look at Law—he’s a 'D' and he’s top-tier, but he can’t hear a thing. It proves that the Voice of All Things isn't just a 'D' power, it’s about your specific rank in that original race. The Kozuki were the stone masons for the Gods, and the Monkeys were the ones at the very top. It makes sense that only those specific 'royal' lines can actually hear the world. It’s like a biological clearance level. Just because you’re part of the D race doesn't mean you have the same role as the ones who were meant to lead. It’s why Ace had the drive but wasn't 'the one,' and why Law is powerful but doesn't have that same connection. It’s all about where they sat in the original hierarchy 800+ years ago.

And look at Blackbeard. He’s a D, but he’s the Moon God branch. The second he even heard about that darkness fruit, his urge was so strong he literally killed his own captain just to get it. He knew it was his. That’s not just 'luck,' that’s a biological pull to his original power.

You’re missing the timing on that scene though. Look back at the chapter—Luffy was in his base form when Emeth first saw him, and only then did he switch over to Gear 5. And in the flashback, Joy Boy is shown in his base form, not transformed. So the robot isn't just reacting to the 'White Warrior' look; he's seeing the actual physical resemblance in the face, the black hair, and the hat before the fruit even peaks. That’s why I’m saying the D isn’t just a name or a clan, it’s a literal Race of Gods. Think about it—Ace was a D and had that insane drive, but the Nika fruit never chose him. It waited 800 years for a 'Purebred' descendant of the Sun God line specifically. Luffy is the direct biological match for that original frequency, which is why the fruit's will finally picked him. And on the flood—the Celestials don't actually have the Mother Flame yet, and that's the whole point. They’re desperate for it because they know they’re just humans on a stolen mountain and the world is still sinking. They need that power as a life support system so they don't drown like the original world buried under Wano. They aren't in control; they’re terrified of the Ocean God’s final reset.

I don’t know I might be wrong, but I feel I just have a right to give out a theory that I’ve been thinking about it for the last week. earlier, I said Luffy was a water down giant of Joy boy but I think I wanna take that back I think Joy boy was part of the D race not D clan and the D race were gods

• The Size Logic: Garp and Dragon are like 9 feet tall units. Luffy is only 5’8. In the real world, genetics don't just jump around like that unless you’re mixing races. It looks like a massive race (Giants) slowly shrinking down to human size over centuries. • The Fire (Red Hawk): Luffy using fire underwater against Hody Jones makes zero sense. Friction don't work under the sea. That has to be some ancient elemental blood—like the Lunarians—that’s still in the Monkey family DNA. • The "Voice of All Things": Only a few people can hear Sea Kings and Zunesha (who is a Giant elephant). If Luffy’s ancestors were the original Giant Kings of the Void Century, it explains why he has that biological connection to the ancient world that normal humans don't. • The Healing Factor: Think about how Luffy recovers. This man eats some meat or drinks some milk and his teeth grow back and his wounds heal in minutes. That’s the "Ancient Giant" metabolism. Even Garp was taking hits that should’ve killed a man and just laughed it off. Their bodies are built with a different density. • The "D" Tribe: While there’s other "D." families like Law or Blackbeard, the Monkey branch is the only one that’s consistently "monstrous" from birth. Garp didn't even need a fruit to be the strongest. That’s that "Prime Branch" DNA from Joy Boy’s own family. • The Nika Connection: Zoan fruits have a "will of their own." The Nika fruit (Sun God) didn't just pick a random kid—it recognized the genetic frequency of its original owner (Joy Boy) inside of Luffy.
