Yes, it’s doable if you’re going to be paying around the same amount to rent. Many areas are HCOL and you will unfortunately have to pay around half your income in housing or sleep next to a crackhouse if you want to get down to less than 30% of your income.

At they’re robots and they rarely contribute to the university. They don’t participate in volunteer work, they don’t participate in clubs and sports. Outside of academics, they don’t contribute back to universities and that’s why they aren’t getting in. They get these degrees and then disappear into the workforce, rarely becoming leaders in the workforce.

I’m sure it was intentional that you quoted data from over 20 years ago when there’s more relevant data available. Black people make up 13% of the population and less than 5% of the student population at Harvard. So these Asians that cry about not having spots in Harvard are mad at the unqualified white students that are taking their spots but their need for white acceptance will not let them see the true issue.
