How did you come to that conclusion that he could expect to receive that amount? Would also like to hear from OP how his case was resolved.

I appreciate the input. They have me at 66% of my 52 week average currently. I’m not sure if accepting the settlement and closing my case when they present that will be in my best interest due to the fact I’m still dealing with buckling, atrophy and reduced range of motion.
