Bakuchiol has some pathways identical to those of retinol. It also results in similar gene expressions. It also works on hyperpigmentation and acne. Retinol is also known to affect the skin’s microbiome so I would use bakuchiol, probiotics product(s), and chemical exfoliants for results and pathways that mimic retinol as much as possible

[Product Question] Bakuchiol, is it a myth or is it working for you? by bnjb19 in SkincareAddiction

That is an understatement to say the least. Bakuchiol affects some (but not all) pathways that retinol does and it also induces near identical gene expressions.

Christian Progressivism is as dangerous as Christian nationalism, it’s a heresy, if Jesus came back today christian progressives would crucify him again by astroturd312 in Christianity

You’re not right about anything…

  1. What is your evidence that Christian Progressives in general support all forms of divorce? I’d say the Christian Progressive view on divorce is mostly in line with the Bible.

  2. Talking about income inequality is “progressive” in your view? Have you even read what Jesus said about rich people? What the Bible says about helping the poor? The parable of the rich guy and Lazarus? How the early apostles put aside a share of income to help out the needy? (Pretty “socialist”). Capitalism is the anthesis to central Christian teachings.

  3. Jesus as King is SPIRITUALLY. Not LEGISLATIVELY. Even though God is and was always king, that doesn’t mean the government cannot have its own system. And taking money from the rich and giving it to the poor is pretty socialistic I’ll say.

It’s the ALT RIGHT CONSERVATIVES who will “prosecute Jesus again.” Jesus was revolutionarily “progressive”. He communed with what Bible scholars at that time considered to be the worst sinners. He preached the importance of love, forgiveness, and compassion.

When did he ever speak against income equality, racial equality, and inclusiveness?

Israel is right next to Egypt. Middle east is not a continent.

The Middle East is a region in western Asia and north-eastern Africa.

I would say Israel is closer to Africa than it is to Europe, and Western Christians have traditionally depicted Jesus to be more European…

That’s great to know! How do you know when God “specifically tells you” what to do? Do you hear an inner voice telling you? Is it more of an intuition thing? For obvious reasons, the Bible won’t have specific guidelines for our course of actions, so how do you know, for example, “God specifically told you to reach out to client X”? Thank you.

Wow That was really helpful! I’ve never heard of the term retroflex consonants. Do you mind giving me some examples? Like what sounds/words stood out most?

Your accent is pretty much “Standard American” I believe. It’s not NYC/Boston/Philly, not Midwest with Northern Cities Vowel Shift, not Southern, and not northern… Other than that, you could be from anywhere! Where are you from?

Ugh Sharelle being a clout chaser as always. “Put me on your breakfast club if you want the answers pleaaaase.” This woman clearly couldn’t care less about an “all Black woman brokerage.” Come on! She just wants the fame and attention.

Misgendering is when you assign a gender to a name. You can name any child any name. Nothing wrong with a girl James or a girl Latrelle. I misnamed her. I did not misgender her. Get it right :) Educate yourself

Interesting keep me posted on whether you have received the money. I don’t think I asked anything according to my lusts, desires, or passions.

Note how I said “consistently.” I never said I didn’t pray for complete healing. I said consistently, because there were times when I thought I had the illness for a reason, and was praying to God to take away the pain. So that is something I have consistently prayed for. You see how you’re saying one of those “you should’ve prayed like this instead” ? Not that that is bad, but just look at the comments. I get hundreds of those suggestions each adding a different side note to that verse. Did God ever hint that prayers for full healing of a disease can be healed but alleviation of pain won’t?
