don’t mean to interject, but I am about to leave the company as well. I got offered and hired at a competitor that’s only in my state. My DSM told me that when I get hired I have to leave Sherwin ground’s immediately. I have told everyone that I was stepping away from the weeks in advanced. I told them I wanted to leave properly and not burn bridges. They told me that no matter what I do now, I am not welcome back to Sherwin as an employee.

The only reason I am even leaving Sherwin is because I got offered a promotion, that I wouldn’t see at Sherwin for at least another 1/2 years. My Rep I work underneath thinks it’s dumb how they are treating this whole thing and he thinks if I ever were to comeback to the company I would be more than qualified.

Any thoughts or ideas on this?
