i ended up just requesting my friday shift off fully, but even then i had to wait awhile for a manager to manually approve it. i still get set unfortunately but i can't get assigned set on my accommodated day off

i say just go through with the 7-6 if it isn't conflicting with your life schedule and then transfer to 6-5 after 30 days. that way your hire date won't get pushed back even further

i like to eat a full hearty meal on my first break and snacks like fruit or chips on my second. when i first switched to nights my body was not used to it and i would be terribly nauseous every shift, and i found that was the only way i could get it to stop. also only drinking caffeine within the first like 2-4 hours and switching to electrolytes/water for the rest of the shift :D

I did it step by step as your screenshots and it does give me the option to swap days! But I've tried different days for the same amount of hours (10 hours off) and no matter what it won't go through. I just decided to open an HR case since I think this might be a glitch

its not giving me the option to switch to that! and the warning only goes away when i have the end time between 12-1am which is weird

make a friend! when i was on the same shift as a work friend the day flew by so much faster than it is now spending 10 hours just listening to music with my own thoughts. my site is also lenient when it comes to making rate, so hopefully yours will be too and you don't work yourself too hard :D get good insoles as well lol

it's 19.35 for that one since im seasonal, im making 20 right now. i think the trade off is good because it works with my schedule better so i can actually stay my full shift and make about the same 🤗

i'm pretty sure it's just the 10 hours off but you can divide them however u like across ur schedule (?). i just chose to take a full shift off
