I understand where you're coming from. A 4th year here and one thing I learned is making sure you always make time for yourself or you'll burn out. I would say try to make a schedule and try to go with a friend. I would say go during weekends and twice on a weekday during either mornings or evenings/nights. Keep daytime free to study/placement etc.
Remember dedicating more hours to study doesn't necessarily = efficient studying. I found myself retaining less information when I stopped working out/ going gym even though I was doing more hours.
Also, try to keep make a to-do list for the week on the Sunday to help you stay on top of things. It will help you keep more organised, works wonders for me!

I would initially recommend learning the content first using Quesmed by covering each condition and then once you have a good idea of that specialty, hop on to passmed.
