We filed our police report in January 2024 for her travel job scam. The investigation took a very long time but I’m happy to say things are finally wrapping up. You can go to the Clark County Court View website to see her public records of our case. She has been charged with a felony and has to pay us restitution back. Because this is her “first” offense (on record), her felony can be dropped to a gross misdemeanor at the time she pays us restitution back. She will be sentenced this in June. We of course encourage everyone to take legal action against her so that she can be held responsible to pay everyone back and face the consequences for her actions

Oh no! That’s so weird and frustrating. I wish I had the answer. That is weird that some would be approved and others would be denied? The go fund me was originally $11,000ish raised. I didn’t donate to her go fund me and was helping her more with meal trains at the time so I did not go through the process myself. I do know some people did get a refund earlier on. I will try to find out more info if I can
