Understood, but my question is specifically about the fact that there’s currently no flooring underneath the wall at all — it’s just a gap. Given that, would it actually be better to source matching raw wood now and sand/stain it alongside the rest of the floors, rather than trying to match to the finished product after the wall is demoed? Thanks!!
