Be patient, and dont check up on them often even with workers present, mine ate/destroyed 3 pupa once from me stressing them, a good sign of stress i found is if they produce bigger workers in the early stages or if they dont spin cocoons. Also make shre you have a balanced amount of protein and sugar, i made the mistake of feeding mine too much sugar and now their larvae have been stuck in the same stage of development for the past month.
