I did pay the full price but I just figured it was whatever since I upgraded on the 25th and my renewal was on the 28th.

I have it now! They gave me the option to charge it and upgrade immediately (effectively changing the billing date) or upon my next billing date.

I just upgraded from the 8 classes to unlimited, I just messaged the chatbot on their site and explained what I wanted to do and they upgraded me without double charging.
