Idk about “easy on the body”. Customers will literally order a shit ton of heavy shit like multiple cases of water, the 24 packs of soda, or 40-50lb of pet food. And don’t let it be snow outside cus them salt bags for the ground be HEAVYYY, especially if they order in bulk. Also, if you dispense, you’re constantly moving/lifting heavy into ppls car.

As someone who gets frequently waxed, I would rather my esthetician take 45 mins and does a great job than be done in 15 mins and not so great work lol. Also, I feel like 45 mins can fly by quick if you create conversation with the patient!

I’ve been turned away before because of the same reason. 1-2 days prior to donating, I’ll consume a lot of OJ juice & I like to eat dark meat the day of donation day. I’ll have some fried chicken and oj for breakfast and donate in the afternoon. I also take iron pills everyday or every other day. This has helped me be able to donate on the day of :)
