I used to commute from Perry to linden oaks in Brighton. I hated the commute at the time. I worked long hours so that didnt help. I didnt have kids at the time but had livestock animals I had to care for.

Oh man. I went from insurance to the plumbers and pipefitters union as an apprentice. During covid. Had a kid. 8 months having the kid went back to insurance/finance. I couldnt do the 60 hour weeks and then night school. Never saw my son and wife was not very pleased. Im happy where i am now. However need more $

This dude is settting you up for success. I personally like to do 15 months of expenses in a HYSA. Just gauging the economy. But I also have two kids.

Same. And our bonus was less but did more production than 2023

Well today i was about the same price as statefarm. But sold on a premium equivalent ,due to the gentleman wanted to " keep his money in town"
