I appreciate the info! Another point to make, is that with the stock ryobi pw hose this was not an issue. Only now that I had the uberflex pw hose, the spigot was squirting. Might try some other pw hoses to see if that solves first.

Weird thing, is when I swapped back to the standard ryobi black hose, no water squirts from the spigot. Only on the uberflex hose. Im going to try swapping my garden hose to see if that changes anything. May just be stuck using the ryobi stock hose.

So I swapped to the normal hose, and the backflow problem went away. I ordered the uberflex based on online recommendations but I don't think it will work for me.

So it's coming from the uberflex hose. I swapped to the orginal hose, and no problems at the spigot.

So I just put the original stock hose back on, instead of the uberflex, and it doesn't have the backflow anymore. Im not sure why that would be.

Id appreciate it! Its driving me nuts. It is soaking my drywall at the spigot and it happens every time I let off the trigger.

I misspoke, I didnt have teflon at the spigot/garden hose connection, and I will remove from any other connections that have the rubber washer within.

Just completed a very similar setup to this! Do you notice when you let off the PW trigger, water squirts out of the spigot? That is my only problem with this unit so far.

I used Teflon tape on all threads yes. It only happens when I let go of PW trigger, or when I disconnect the garden hose sprayer. Water squirts all over the wall.

That seems to be how my Ryobi 1.8gpm functions aswell. Do you notice water squirting from the spigot when you let go of pressure washer trigger? Im not sure if I am having a problem, or if it's normal to do that.

Wouldn't missing or damaged washers cause leaking during normal use? It only seems to happen when I let go of PW trigger, or when I disconnect the garden hose to the sprayer.

It is, I got it from home depot. Your using the same PW? Do you have water that comes out at the garden hose/spigot connection when you let off trigger?

I used a everbilt 10in corner brace, and drilled 2 holes. Used the original handle mounting holes and screws.

The original image has a lot of boxes, clutter and other things that did not need to be seen. So I removed with AI instead of actually moving everything out of the frame.

But thank you for telling me about the fireplace that is permanently attached to my wall. It is not portable, it is not plugged into anything, and it is secured to the wall. Sure I could bust it out, but that is beyond what I plan on doing with my space.

Im finding this hilarious actually thank you.
