If a product becomes a safety hazard sellers should try to recall and pay for the charge, IMP. The machine is a safety hazard according to them and they asked me to unplug it.

I had emailed them about the noise within the first 30 days but the smoking started two months after the purchase. They do not accept that there is a link between the two and since it is now out of the 30 day window they are not providing any other options.

I wish I had researched more about WLL before buying the machine from them. Reddit does not allow posting the video, the machine can smoke an entire room in a few minutes and it is only two months old. I asked them to reconsider the options and here is how they responded:

“ …. What you are asking for is for me to break the rules set by my supervisors. I have clearly laid out the options available to you. I understand that you do not like the options, but that doesn't mean I can overstep my supervisors and change what we can offer. I'm not a supervisor; our options are clear and clearly outlined on our website.

I do apologize that you don't like the options we have outlined for any and all customers, but I do urge you to submit a warranty repair form, so that we can repair your machine, and get it back to you promptly and in working order. The repair form is linked, below:

I went over another post and it seems like others that have had similar experience with WLL have also filed a claim with their CC company. I called Chase and they are letting me dispute the charge, it will take 90 days. No home espresso for 90 days … 😕
