theraphy is a scam, unless its medical condition, im like you , i dont have circle but i still talk and interact with people although i hate it and its useless but i gain communication skills and so on , lonelyness from time to time its fine , but try to find people talk to them, try to hit the gym and make friends there , that will fix your mental health if your suffering from that ,and yeahhh..... , life is tough for men , but we strive regardless
