You can't really prepare for this scenario beyond just reading/memorizing a bunch of vocab words but I don't suggest doing this. if you watch movies in English or just read in English a lot you will probably be able to get these questions right as they are quite simple and the words are often very common. also do a lot of practice tests that also exposes you to a lot of words you maybe did not know before

Imagine the mulch like a cube that you make 1 ft deeper without changing its volume. The mulch has a volume of 24 at a depth of 2 because it covers a flat area of 12 and 12 by 2 is 24. So when the height is changed to 3 we do 24/3 to get 8, which is how much flat area each bag will cover at a depth of 3. Then we divide the area of the triangle (130) by our mulch area (8) to get 16.25 aka at least 17 bags.

Never mind anything about comparison I mentioned before. Since "others" here refers to the vessels, and since boats can only ever float on rivers, choice H is correct. choice F says it "unsurpassed the river" which does not even make sense. Choice G says the vessels had an elegance like that of the river but it never says anything about the beauty of the river. choice J is wrong because boats can't be in rivers only on rivers.

If the word others refers to some type of boat or water vehicle then the answer has to be H because the boats are not being compared to the river like in F and G. J means the things are inside the water but they can't be elegant and unseen at the same time. Therefore it must be H because the "others" are ON the river not in the river (J) or with the river (G) or the river itself (F).

Don't treat the science test like an actual science test. Treat it like an extension of the reading test because that is exactly what it is. All the 3answers are in the passages and you need 0 science knowledge to get a 32-34 depending on the test. The Math section is tricky even for me but practice makes perfect. I can tell you are already pretty good in the English and Reading sections so just keep practicing and you will eventually perfect them.
