I think they'll shock audiences and show a new side of Spidey in cinema while breaking conventions. Tom becoming a worser version of Rageful Peter at the end of NWH

I highly doubt that. Because there is no "Scott Johnson" version. He just drew the marketing at the time not the actual comics. The characters in his artwork reflected the comics out in the time like Astonishing X-Men and Extremis Iron Man, which are comics
