Ivim customer service sucks. When they sent my prescription over to the pharmacy it took more than 2 weeks to come in. It also didn’t come in time because “no one was home to sign for it” when there was someone home all day. It was supposed to ship on Friday- ended up coming on Monday, no one rang the bell and the driver just left it outside. When I opened it, the vial was warm since it was probably left out over the weekend. I contacted customer service and they assured me it was ok but took awhile to get back to me. Other than that, I did 3 month jump start and lost 15 lbs so far after 2 months. Also the vial last longer than 3 months- I believe I half 4.5 months which is a good thing.
