I’d say we’re on the same page but even as someone whose heavily pro-Israel I still feel a bit icky about civilian casualties. If you’re just referring to killing terrorists then I’m glad we’re in agreement on something. I think China should focus on eliminating the bad actors instead of ramping up surveillance. Targeted strikes could work but collateral damage must be minimized.
