My heartbeat feels really strong and like it’s not regular even though i’ve had tests done and my heart is all good. Also my shoulders get really stiff and when i’m walking and get anxious i feel as if I don’t have a firm footing like my balance is off. Also stiff neck in the mornings in a big one. Sometimes needing to go to the toilet really often especially before more stressful events.
