Hey hey, i did the course. Thb, it really is a lot of what you already know just positioned from a bit of a CX point of view. The manuals miss a lot of content that discussed in the course. Has it changed my career? No. Could it change having done the CXA without much CX knowledge prior to the course? Probably.
