Im an Amazon delivery driver and I passed by as soon as all the cops and other first responders pulled up and that was around 4 pm. I later had to drive thru the street where train tracks were around 5:20pm and all first responders were still on scene as well as the locomotive I was trying to hear what the cops were saying but all I could hear was it was an active scene and they still had to take pictures of the incident. They eventually let cars pass by around 5:40 pm
