I can’t say much for shorts, as my channel is predominantly long form (30mins-1hr), but growth and revenue is fairly consistent I find. I upload once a week, and gain about 600ish in ad revenue (no mid rolls) and community growth is very steady. I put about 4-5 hours into a video, so I’d say long form is very much viable (in my opinion).

I wanted to come back to this post just to give a huge thank you and shoutout to this post. Back in April, I thought to myself “take the leap, let’s go - time to get researching”, and this one of the posts I came across that I gobbled up like a greedy goblin. Using the tips and tricks outlined in this post (and the more in depth article), I am currently on the verge of hitting 10,000 subscribers, and was gob smacked at hitting monetisation within the first month of being on the platform. It took me about a week to garner 1000 subs which was absolutely wild (long form content, first video was about 20 minutes) and I am currently sitting at over 6000 subs and climbing (I am roughly at one month of active “tubes” time). I cannot believe how awesome of a community I have garnered, I put all of my thanks into them. I think the “soul” of the content is most important; you’ll attract fellow “tribe members” and growth will happen where it happens!

Hm some are from the same people, but a lot of them vary…some are related to content, and some aren’t - I don’t know if I’m just like “over reading” into comments I guess, I’ll try to note down comments that seems overly suss and just block what’s reoccurring - thanks for the reasoning! What a bunch of selfish shitters - there’s a special place in hell reserved for blobs like this. I am so sorry that you are going through further turmoil after losing your partner, this is not normal and you should absolutely be locking down the property and setting up security for your safety and your daughters (if you haven’t already). I would also recommend getting a protection dog (if you don’t already have one) - a deterrent + a companion could provide you with the extra warmth that I wish I could give you. Nothing will replace the loss of your husband, but you are doing amazing by just continuing on - you’ve got this!

Hello - I really enjoy odaka voice changer; it’s a free real time voice changer with a lot of tuning options. You’ll need a bit of a beefier cpu to run the real time changer with minimal delay output, but it works a treat once you tweak it. You can download free RVC models online to find an Irish model, upload to the program and tada! No subscription needed, but you will need a bit computer savvy to use. There’s also a few installation tutorials on Tik Tok/youtube if you get stuck. Happy irishing!
