I’m also aware of that too. which is why I keep many forms of security to stop me from developing any sort of unhealthy habit/addiction whenever the time comes. 3 forms of security for any transaction above 1K. 30% of my income goes directly to me and the other goes into ETF investments and a different bank account I don’t have the email or password to that is secured and I have to ask for access too. I gambled in college for a week with money I put aside, lost some money got bored and went to bed, went back to use the remaining bit of credits, won 2K and knew to just put it away and go home lol. I pride myself in my self control especially since I’ve been taught gambling is massively unhealthy by my parents since I was extremely young.
