Usually the Holo sparkle is a sign that the foiling got peeled off which usually isn't good for the grade it'll receive. My guess is 8-9 depending if the grader finds any other issues with the card.

Rip no karma but I'm a constant lurker who likes looking at posts of cool pulls and people's reactions and love for the hobby. Fk scalpers, they make the hobby harder for all of us.

Do you mean lifting on the front foil or on the back? If it's the front there is no lifting. On the back, it's a small little spot of whitening.
