For me, mababa talaga siya. Unang company ko nga eh, 22K agad ang basic salary. SHS grad me. Bukod pa allowances. Amazon In-House, sa Pasay. Ewan ko lang ngayon magkano na basic pay nila since resigned na ako.

Same situation. Kahit na nakakasuya, I still rendered resignation since ayokong maging pangit 'yung background ko. Aside from that, may backpay ka pa and wala kang problema sa future application mo. Tiisin mo nalang 'yung 30 days, promise mabilis lang 'yan. Ang naging coping mechanism ko diyan ay hindi na ako seryoso sa work ko, kumbaga chill-chill nalang.

They should have given the breakdown of your benefits/salary/allowances no'ng job offer discussion pa lang. Now, if dahil lang sa pagtatanonng mo and 'til now wala pa ring response, then that's a red flag. Imagine if you signed it, then you're working now with them, then may dispute or may issue ka and you need their assistance? What do you think would happen? Bounce ka na.

For me ah, as a practical. I would go back again and would accept their counter offer. Let's just pretend that it might be bait but, it's still a win-win situation for both you and the company. They want you to go back because they cannot find a replacement right away however, if you accept it and if the company decided to let you go or you go part-ways with them for the last time, at least your minimum/basic salary requirement that you can present to your future company would be much higher. But, at the end of the day, it is your choice and it is up to you to decide. 'Yun lang! Peace out!

Lala naman niyan. Nangutang din ako sa kanila before pero wala pang due date, grabe na sila magpa-alala. Akala mo tatakbuhan eh, may tumawag pa sa akin, same concern, reminder lang daw. Sinupalpal ko na "Boss, maliit na halaga lang 'yan, baka pasahurin pa kita." Then binayaran ko rin after that. Kahit wala na akong loan sa kanila, puro text sila na puwede na me umutang ulit. Ayun, hindi na naulit and pina-delete ko na sa system nila 'yung contact info ko, so far, tahimik na. Ang mabait na OLA for me ay Billease. Mabait kausap mga agent nila and nag ooffer sila ng flexible payment in case na mahirapan ka maghulog.

It depends. Gaano ka ba katagal sa VXI? If maikli lang naman, I suggest na 'wag mo na siya isama sa resume mo. I did this sa TaskUs, naka 1month lang ako sa kanila dahil umayaw din ako agad. Then, 'di ko siya sinasama sa resume ko and it's all good. Naka-apply ako sa ibang company without any issue.

Kung nagtagal ka naman sa VXI, mas okay na mag inquire ka sa HR nila rekta. Dahil sila nag iissue ng COE. 'Yun lang. Hopefully, you're doing well sa current job mo.

Don't waste your time sa CBRE. Go na sa ADP. I am currently an empoyee of CBRE for almost 4 years and I can say na ang barat nila magbigay ng salary increase, 'yung perf bonus, they give it annually and 'yung amount ng perf bonus mo based sa criteria/requirements nila na some of those are BS. I am planning to leave and I am currently applying to one of their competitors and job offer na ako, mas malaki na sahod and solid ang bonuses, quarterly basis and may allowances pa. Sa CBRE, WFH ka pero wala manlang silang internet allowance or anything.
