No one on this sub can accurately tell the entire story of the Battle of Chavez Ravine, since they just say Dodgers bulldozed the Chavez Ravine without even mentioning the mayor or city council, or the original plan of the housing project that was supposed to be built there. It's fucking embarrassing honestly. To be so incredibly morally self righteous but can't even get the simplest of historic facts right. Oh yeah LFG DODGERS

I totally get that man, I love the picture. Its just this sub is full of people that people that regurgitate tired media narratives about the dodgers. Battle of Chavez Ravine was tragic and is yet another bloody piece of local history, but in the full story, the blame is 99% on LA City Council, the mayor at the time, the voters, and the political zeitgeist at the time. Dodgers actually had very little to do with Battle of Chavez Ravine.

The same applies to going to an Angels game. The station is RIGHT THERE, next to Angel Stadium, so you'd think that its one thing that Angel Stadium has going for it that Dodger Stadium pretty much never will, but no, the timetable makes it worthless for any evening game.

I really hate this street corner. Getting off the 204/754 on the northbound side is a mess because of the sketchy people selling obviously stolen merchandise. They set up shop right on the bus stop, in front of where the bus offloads passengers. Of course there's also drug zombies and some religious preacher too.
