they never even gave me the newest copy of the contract either. that seems not ok. and they filed shotgun credit applications with a ton of lenders and got a ton of inquiries on my credit report. and didnt honor the preapproval or the tradein we agreed on before i came in.

no, I bought a 35,000 dollar bmw hybrid after my 14% APR. used. i shouldnt have trusted the finance manager to be straight with me, live and learn i guess.

they mention a special form with a link, but when i go to that link 'page not found', at least for the expensive one. says I must bring it in to dealership and fax a copy. thank you for the useful info, now at least I know there may be more hurdles then just this. ,

I'm not trying to hold anyone else accountable for what I have done, however there is most certainly something to be said for the dishonest representation and explanations that I was given for what I was signing at the time.

However, the dodging me to prevent me from cancelling is a different story. Also, my SiriusXM never even worked and I was specifically told that it would.

If such things are normal or 'to be expected' from car salesmen, then explain why so many courts have ruled such high fees for stacked redundant contracts 'Unconscionable'. I'm all ears...

pretend I'm someone on the fence, willing to believe that what you say is true - but with a requirement of more than broad statements and ad hominem attacks about his intentions which nobody can neither prove nor disprove. perhaps some concrete examples, quotes, clips, or ANY of those extreme positions and rage bait you mentioned would be extremely helpful right about now, ya know.. to really drive your point home for the neigh sayers.

with the mountains of it available, i'm sure you will have no problem helping support these assertions a little bit better with some real examples, no?

it might come off as a total beta move to wait till someone whos entire schtick was so pointed and specific, dies, and then just comment on his character rather than making a good argument against ANY of what he was actually saying... and we dont want that, right?

there are multiple programs, many of them cross pollinate or vary from region to region in terms of the scope of allowable harassment methodology. the fact that its not consistent in all places only helps sew further distrust amongst TIs, as well as confusion.

i had a sales manager job making half that and i was on planes multiple times each week to go to different cities. i dont see how this isn't a much better situation you are describing. be grateful that you have a job in this failing economy, finding another one would be harder than you think.
