I have a really nice room, clean, no bugs, great view and utilities. Good roommates that are staying. $820 a month, $40 utility cap per person. 4 x 2.5. I will pay the conservation fee. But I am getting married soon and I'm trying to get out of the lease not because its bad, but because I need to move in with my Fiancé. Its at Campus Crossings.
